The Fetter and the Comb

Anna is the founder and designer behind The Fetter & The Comb.

The name was inspired by her first series of cushions exploring the symbolism of Turkish Kilim rugs. The fetter represents unity and the comb represents protection; both seem to have much resonance in today’s times.

She learnt tapestry as a child, and has always found that keeping her fingers busy and realising her creative ideas are the key to staying calm and feeling connected.

Anna’s collections are very varied, but always inspired by a need to find something that seems to be missing. She aspires to make things that are both beautiful and useful.

Anna is based in Somerset.
