Hannah Louise Stitches is a hand & digital embroidery artist and designer whose work blends art, craft, and design. Drawn to vibrant colour, she champions the therapeutic power of stitching as both a creative and restorative practice.
Self-taught while working as a nurse, Hannah went on to receive a Scholarship in 2023 to undertake a Master’s in Textiles specialing in embroidery.
Her designs include mindful making kits, digital embroidery, and textile artworks. A specialist in Bargello — also called Hungarian Point or Florentine Stitch — Hannah creates distinctive pieces by combining multiple patterns into one design.
Her portable ColourFlo Bargello Kits fit through the letterbox, travel easily, and offer a mindful alternative to screen time.
Hannah is based in Manchester.
